Our History
Hillendale Associates, Inc. has been providing insurance solutions since 1975. In October 2016, Hillendale joined U.S. Employee Benefits Services Group (USEBSG) enabling our local team to greatly expand our product and service offerings as we continue to build upon the tremendous legacy of providing the highest level of service and expertise to our clients. Being in business with a focus on Health and Welfare Benefits consulting since 1975, we have stayed true to our niche while expanding our footprint to provide best-in-class products and services.

On March 5, 2025, our parent company U.S. Retirement & Benefits Partners (USRBP) announced that it rebranded to Daybright Financial, a significant step in its history and mission to simplify workplace benefits and retirement planning.
Daybright Financial is one of the nation’s largest independent, privately held firms specializing in employee benefits, retirement plans, and all their associated compliance needs. This ongoing partnership allows us to expand our “boutique” service offerings and leverage national resources while continuing to be your local and trusted agency.
