Candice Gilper joined U.S. Employee Benefits Services Group in August 2024 as a Client Service Specialist.

Ms. Gilper brings extensive experience in the insurance and employee benefits industry, with a strong background in benefits management, ERISA compliance, ACA compliance, and plan design. Prior to joining USEBSG, she served as a Benefits Plan Design Specialist at Wellington Management in Boston, MA, where she coordinated and implemented Open Enrollment, provided education on both global and domestic benefits, and presided over leave policy administration. Her responsibilities included designing and distributing materials, educating employees on benefits, and liaising with insurance carriers. She also implemented a wellness program, showcasing her ability to enhance employee well-being initiatives.

Her career journey includes roles as a Benefits Compliance Specialist at PrimePay and a Benefits Specialist at Health Advocate. These positions honed her skills in managing complex benefit systems and ensuring regulatory compliance. Ms. Gilper began her career in social services, serving as a Case Manager and later as an Interim Program Manager at Evans Management, where she developed strong skills in client relations and program oversight.

Ms. Gilper’s comprehensive experience in both organizational and regulatory aspects of benefits, combined with her direct experience in employee education and communication, are skills that she continues to leverage in her current role at USEBSG. Her expertise allows her to effectively navigate the complex landscape of employee benefits while ensuring client satisfaction.

Candice holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the University of Valley Forge in Phoenixville, PA, and resides in Harleysville, PA, where she enjoys yoga, gardening, and vintage fashion.
